I have a black interior. The console is getting a few scratches on it. It seems to scratch easy, what can be done to fix it or protect it.

all you can do is repaint it. it really sucks hopfully some one will make a real brushed alluminum dash kit untill then all you can do is repaint. good luck

Can you buy touch-up paint from the dealer or is it ordinary spray paint?

Saw an aluminum dash kit for the G on ebay for $169 don't know about quality, though...

You should be able to buy touch up paint from the dealership for the center console.
