G35X Bc racing coilover

About the pull the trigger and purchase the Bc coilover's for my G35x. But, would appreciate any info from whoever has them already. Just wondering if the alignment would suffer at all? If so, how severe, and if a camber kit is a must? Also, how easy are they to adjust, does the car need to be on a lift?

Thanx!

I don't have the coilovers but to answer your question.
alignment would suffer at all? depends how you low you go. If you lower more than an inch i would get an alignment after the springs settle.
how severe, and if a camber kit is a must again camber is depends on how low you go. If you slam it, yes you need a camber kit.
how easy are they to adjust, does the car need to be on a lift? Pretty easy to adjust and you do not need a lift.

You didn't ask but here is some other info.
"Q - If I lower my car will I have uneven tire wear?
There are many aspects to alignment; camber, caster and toe. The G comes with some negative camber from the factory to help the car corner better. This will cause the tires to wear out on the inside faster than the outside but, at stock height its mild and normal tire rotation will help a lot. When you lower the car all three aspects are changed. The G does have some adjustment from the factory. Depending on how much you lower it you may want to look into aftermarket kits made to adjust your car back into the factory specifications. Regardless you will want to have your alignment checked and fixed as much as possible after lowering it. Many companies like Specialty Products Company (SPC), Kinetix, Stillen and others make kits for the front and rear. The front kits replace your upper A-arm as where the rears are camber arms and bolts for toe. The rear kits are quite a bit less money which prompts many people to just do the rears and deal with the wear in the fronts. Many members have staggered wheel sizes and the rear tires are more expensive also making the rears a good investment. You never “NEED” camber kits as long as you are willing to deal with the faster tire wear and are willing to pay to swap your tires around more often."

i have them on for two weeks now and love them. the adjustability of the struts is great. my only compliant is the lack of height adjustability in the rear but that might be due to my heavy *** subwoofer box. plus if ur gonna drop it, then you might as well get at least a rear camber it.

There are 2 huge threads devoted to these coilovers on an AWD. Several people have installed them and commented on them, so if you don't mind, can you post your questions and answers in there so we can keep it all in one place?
