Double DIN mod work with Navigation?

I've been looking into getting a G35 and I would like to use my current head unit in the car. I know the double din modification has been discussed on here several times but I only ever see it on non-nav cars. So I've been wondering will the cars navigation system still work after the double din modification?

Thanks.
Andrew

same double din part works on nav car. I've seen plenty of Gs with dual screen using the oem double din.

I've been wanting to do the dual NAV thing on my G, but where I park my car, some a-hole would steal it in a second.

Nobody wants the Bose...so it's gotta stay

I just did the double din with the stock nav. Yeah..should've done this a long time ago. The BLOSE sounds so much better.

Video from my ipod to my Pioneer AVIC-F90BT outputting to the Oem Nav screen through TvanNav2go.
