What is this? Mysterious leak

I am not exactly sure what section to put this in..any how

Here is bythabays DIY on Differential fluid change and I noticed

Now here is mine

Full Size Pic

It looks like a leak of some sort, but I am not sure what its leaking.

Also you can see some rusted parts should I worry about that? I am still under warranty and I am not a professional on this type of stuff so I don't know. Sorry if these are stupid questions.

Thanks

What does that part do? Is it important to replace fast or what? How much does that usually cost to fix? I am not sure if that was there before or after my accident I had a few days ago.

Looks like oil, but where did it come from? Your pumpkin is dry. Did someone "squirt a lil' all in thar" to stop a squeak?

Bushings shouldn't leak...they are usually made of rubber. Not really anything liquid to leak unless it's melting of someone tried to lube it.

I would def investigate further

That bushing is a hydraulic bushing. Yours is bad now.

It won't cause serious damage but you will probably here some noise from it.

At some point it should be replaced, but it is not imminent.
