I recall a few times when I drove into the triple digits on a public road, and in retrospect, I truly believe I was an idiot for so doing. Even when I was the only car on the road as far as the eye could see in both directions. Bad stuff can happen at 140 mph, in a hurry.

There is nothing irresponsible about doing 140 mph on a 4 lane highway? If I ever say anything like that, *somebody* better call BS... If you think driving 140 is responsible, you may want to double-check that with somebody you trust who loves you.
