new style pop charger with power duct!!!

I got bored at work so make something up? What u think?

Looks like you made the front of a stillen intake. Good job!

Seal up that back though, you're probably getting decent heat soak at idle losing some much needed low end power. Moving isn't a problem because it's got the duct pulling air directly into it.

Good idea and better than before. Like OC said, fab up something to completely seal up the entire filter, idealy something not made out of sheet metal.

Did this mod necessitate the need to swap out the filter?

I did what you guys are talking about before.


Gave better tq down low, top end suffered. Same buttdyno for top and bottom end.

I'll try to find some NA pics, that's taking it way back. FX will be 4yrs old in Nov. hahhaha, should've just taken up fishing.

how does the "power duct" stay in place with the pop chargers heat shield?

Im gonna order my pop charger soon.
