Does anybody know if it's possible to put the navigation system from an altima into a g35 or is it better to get a different one and sell the altima one? Please show steps if possible. Thanks

More than likely no. You'll G35 specific parts.

It's like putting a square peg in a round hole. I don't even think 03-04 and 05-06 units interchange

 

WHY????

if you want nav, look in the classifieds(here or on cl) and source a g35 original nav unit.
or better yet, (imho) buy a combo unit like a avic or something that will do it all and still retain your sweet cubby!

 

03/04 and 05/06 are interchangeable with a few differences. I have an 05 system in my 03 that was replaced before I bought the car.
