A little back round information, My car is a 2004.5 G35x I have owned the car over a year, since I have owned it all the maintenance has been kept up to date, new sparkplugs, new belts, oil, differentials, and had the tranny flushed a year ago.

Last week I noticed that when the car was in Manual shift mode, you can hear a light chatter or rubbing noise but as soon as you put the car back into Drive the noise is gone. The car shifts fine and drives as usual, except the noise. I was wondering if someone could help shed light as to what could be the problem could be?
