Vibrating when braking ****PLEASE HELP****
If you get a vibration while cruising it's likely bad tires/bent wheel(s)/worn suspension.
If you get a vibration only while accelerating it's likely worn CV axles or a worn driveshaft.
If you get a vibration while braking it's likely warped rotors.
OP, you say you replaced the front rotors but the vibration is coming from the rear...obviously you should suspect the rear rotors unless ALL 4 were warped from the beginning.

Did you remove any oils from them before they were installed?
Were you a little easy on the brakes for awhile so that the pads and rotors would 'bed'?
You do know what it means to 'bed' the rotors and pads, right?
If that's the case then you/he may have accidentally got brake fluid on the pads and/or rotors during the removal/installation. This is simply from the assumption that they were not warped before he removed them from his car.
If they are already warped then you can measure the thickness to make sure they are still within spec, if they are you can get them machined. Once they are machined you can reinstall them and you should be good to go.
If you want to play it safe you can have the same place machining the rotors grind down some of the pads for you in case they are contaminated (cheaper solution over buying new pads).
After either step you'll need to re-bed the rotors/pads.

np and good luck! Stoptech rotors aren't cheap but if they don't have a ton of miles on them then you should have plenty of 'meat' left for machining. If they weren't Stoptech then I'd probably say buy a new set.
