350Z ECU in a G35?

Does anyone know if you can put a 350Z ECU in a G35 to open up more horse power?

Even if you could, how would you get passed the security issue with the new ecu and old transponder key? ie.. how do you think you are going to start the car?

No.

And, I thought the keys were linked to the BCM, not the ECU?

your key would need reprogramming from a nissan dealership. they use the consult 2 for thier ecu's. the key has to match the ignition to unlock everything and then flash the ecu. so all 3 have to match. if you insert the key to an unfamiliar ecu or vice versa a certain amount of times, it will lock out (p1610). i had a hell of a time getting all this info together, and it cost me numerous times at the dealership. this was from swapping a built 06 rev up into my 03 z though, but the point is in reference to the key+ignition+ecu matching in order for ther car to start.
