Sorry to hear your girl got banged up. But, think how good she'll look with a repaint of the front end!!

However, you have been a member here long enough to know that stories such as these with no pics = major fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Don't think I've ever said that about you )

Sorry to hear man, thats the last thing i would want to see after a 300 mile trip back home.

Atleast the cooler just feel off the shelf...I hit a cooler in the middle of the interstate at like 80 mph, my bumper is still messed up. Checking Craigslist while driving FTL...

Thats nothing!!!!!!!! The first week i bought my car i had it parked in front of my house and some pick up truck reverse into me and took off. Another time i had it parked in front of my boys house went to eat and someone hit my rear bumper and left this huge dent and DIPPED. In the end i have to pay for all this crap so a cooler falling on your car is sooo soft. Its alright man at least your parents are helping you out.

If so much as a scratch lands on this car, i will notice it. Sorry if i like to take care of the things i own. And it pisses me off when people dont even let me know when something happens to a major part of my life that i worked hard for and want to keep looking pristine and perfect.
FYI, don't be so crazy about your daily driver. Minor dings and scratches are going to happen. If you let every little piece of damage wreck your day, you're going to be exhausted. I'm not saying what recently happened to your car is minor, but it's fixable and you'll get a nicely painted bumper in return. I use to be **** about my cars, washing them two times week, dusting daily, getting flat out pissed if rained the day after washing my car, etc. After having kids, I realized it's just not that important. Don't get me wrong, my car is still in great shape and relatively clean most of the time, but a little dirt here and there does drive me crazy. Little scratches and dings don't bother me because I know I can get the dings removed and I can fix the scratches. I now look at minor dings/scratches as character

I dont know yet lol i test drove an A4 this morning and it was so smooth. I am gonna wait until next summer to make a decision. Maybe my car can win me over like it used to. Get my new springs on, find some struts once i have the extra $$ to spend and see how it likes a bit more drop... *hint hint*

I have minor scratches, but dings are a no no.

I try to keep the car looking as if it just came off the showroom floor. i have all the maintenance records, etc. This baby is mint. Well, besides my bumper

I cant say no to my mom if she asks me to let him use the car. Good thing is now that she saw the damage he did this time. he can never drive my car ever again. i just dont get why it didnt stop when he got poor Joanne stuck in mud.
