Quote: I like that combination. Curious to see how the HFC's affect the overall sound.

I'm worried they may increase the drone the coupe mid produces.
You're still selling ur sedan midpipe? I'm thinking a sedan midpipe would be good for me cuz im gonna have HR y pipe, aftermarket muffler and high flow cats or resonated test pipes. So it'll be quite loud still

Probably not his transmission, probably easing up on the gas as he approaches redline, can fool the TCM a little bit

Great ! Mine were as well, so now we got a great stock vs your set up comparison to about the same speed.

Ace, we have very similar cars, except I don't have the coupe mid, but the rest of the exhuast is the same, even the MD spacer. I love the sound, very similar, I can't really tell the difference betweeen yours with the coupe mid, and mine without. Sounds great!

^^ did you get a tune done, if not, did you feel the gains after the HFCs were installed?

Thanks again

I have a cobb AP, and will tune it for a custom map in the spring, but I felt a increase from the HFC for sure!

i put a coupe midpipe on my 04 and didnt notice a single difference in sound. i have no drone and it doesnt sound louder at all. but that might be because i already had the ztube. i dont know
