04 Coupe OEM 18" wheels on 06

Does anyone know if I can put OEM 7 spoke 18" wheels from an 04 Coupe on an 06 Coupe?

My stock wheels are the 17".

It seems that the 4 wheels from the 04 are all identical but they have different tire widths. How can that be?
