hid headlight or non HId housing different?

HI guys new to this forums ..quik question i have G35 03 with factory HID ..one of my head light is brand new and other is filty and need tobe replaced ASAP i saw few on Ebay but they all they halogen bulbs? so if i already have hid factory kit that can be placed in those non hid housing?
or Hid housing is totally different?
all help is appriciated!

Yes, the housings and reflector design is completely different when comparing the OEM HID vs the OEM halogen headlights

and the ebay ones are crap.

I'll bet you $50 that you could very easily repair the "filthy" headlight in less than 10 minutes.
