I cant remember where i saw it but i htink it said something like 14.7 for the auto sedan and I have a C&D here and it says 14.6 for the 6MT coupe...are these numbers off? If so what are the real numbers?

car-stats has a lot of 1/4 times, you guys should check it out. I think they have 14.7 for the auto sedan and 14.2 for the 6-speed coupe. I was wondering how the manual sedan compares with the auto coupe.

My IS is much faster. I race G35 coupe last night and win by a car legnth

HAHA.. an IS300 Stock would NOT beat a G35 stock..

G35 5AT:
- 0 to 60: 6.2
- 1/4 mile: 14.9

IS300 5MT:
- 0 to 60: 7.1
- 1/4 mile: 15.4

The G35 prolly wasnt even RACING YOU! .. Sorry to burst your bubble..

Why is it that IS owners are turning into CL and CL type S owners? It's put up or shut up for all you clowns...Show me your friggin slips with your times from a sanctioned event, then you can talk your trash.

BTW- I do not recall any IS's in the top 5 for the last One Lap at Button Willow Raceway, I believe it was BMW 330i, G35 Sedan (mine), BMW 330i, BMW 325is, and Acura CL Type S, in that order...The fastest IS was 14 secs per lap slower than my SLOWEST lap.

I have manual transmission and he have automatic. plus I am experienced with manual transmission.

 

He could of beat him if the guy who he was racing forgot to turn off the traction control. If you race with the traction control on it really slows you down when you shift hard from 1st to 2nd....

But if two people with decent skills were racing the G35 automatic will beat the IS300 everytime in a 1/4 mile race. This is fact not smack talk.

Dude your a moron... I doubt you even have a IS300. Your probably driving some 1978 celica wishing you had a IS300.
