If I trade my g35 for 350z..

I have a 2003 G35 sports sedan.
Caribbean blue color, 68000 miles on it.
no accident,extra clean
Premium package, Sports package

If I want to trade it for 350z,
What 350z will be same value as my g35?
What year, mileage, trim?

That question is very subjective. Your best bet is to check out ebay completed items, craigslist, and lastely car dealer trade-ins/ prices. That would give you the most accurate answer.

too many variable to list, but in general you would be looking at a fairly equivalent trade, maybe 1 year older for the Z. in other words with an '03 G sedan you should get an equivalent '03 Z, possibly with a bit of cash thrown in by you. but again there are so many variables...

For the same year and miles I would say put 2 grand on top.

id go 07+, you can find 07's for smoking deals right now. the hr motor is a huge upgrade over the de and revup. but for stright trade you can probably find a lower mileage 05-06 just be weary of oil consumption problems. and make sure you have a cd009 tranny

^ for that the OP would have to throw $10k in, if he could find a taker besides a dealer trade-in.

I dont know about you guys but im sure for the same year and mileage 4dr G you would have to pay way more then 2 k difference. I hate to say this but out of us, the coupes and 350z we are significantly cheaper then them both. If you are trading in your car to buy another they usually dont give you what its worth.

If it's a dealer, they will screw you over any way they can. They will offer you waaay less for your car than theirs.

i friend just traded in his 05 coupe, ivory white, fully loaded except for keyless-go with almost 60k mileage, for $16k.

it's not a bad price imo.
