Last spring I wasn't in the market for a new car, I had a 95 buick tricked out, I was wasting all my money on it lol. Too many repairs and problems, the car became extremely unreliable. Fixed a couple things then got 2 new problems the week later, car would just shut off by itself while driving, making noises. I was like enough is enough. Long story short I took off all the mods, junked it for 75 bucks and got approved for the Loan, I originally wanted a coupe cuz the o3 sedan stock didn't really appeal to me that much, but boy how fast did it feel on the test drive compared to the buick lol, im glad I bought the sedan instead, I just hadn't reallt envisioned how it would look like modded. All that chrome and gray lower sills was almost a deal breaker. Things happen for a reason, I think my buick died on purpuse for me to open my eyes that it wasn't worth me dumping all that money on it lol

 

I was in a 99 Altima SE Gangsta car. I loved that car for all the wonderful memories...drove it thru college and it served me well. There were 2 dream cars for me at that time and they were the G and the M3. Obviously straight out of college i couldnt afford an M3. SO i went out test driving when it was time to get a car. I had a couple of cars in mind.
I wanted to save the G for last test drive cuz i knew it was my top choice.
Test drove a Saab 9-3T, Mini-COoper S (gf made me test drive it cuz she thought it was cute even tho i had no intention of even buyin one...i hate hatches and anything that looks like that.) Next was a regular Acura TL, Accord Coupe, Civic SI, Subie Legacy GT, then the G.
The legacy was a lot of fun and seemed quickest of the bunch but the inside was terrible to me...too cheap looking and plain
The Saab i loved cuz i think the 9-3 has one of the nicest overall bodies out there. The Aero is just plain sexy anyway you look at it. Woulda went with an 06 9-3 since it was cheaper but i had done some research and they have many issues as they get older and seemed expensive to fix.
Settled on the G cuz well its ****ing sexy as hell and had all the power i needed coming from a ****in 99 Altima. It was such an upgrade. I wanted it b4 i even turned it on just sitting in the drivers seat. I remember the day i drove it home. To this day it's the fastest i've pushed my G. Did 125 on the highway...it was ****in glorious. I've been slow with modding cuz i have i just bought a house but i can't wait till next year when my baby has all the goodies i plan for it.

The M3 will come in i'll say 5 years? My G is paid off and i've decided i'm gonna ride it to it's death I'm at 68K miles now so i have a long long way to go.

I haven't enjoyed driving as much as i do this car. It's a blast everytime i drive it...and not necessarily just for it's power. It's just such an amazing car I love this car more than alot of human beings in my life and im not even kidding.

 

i use to drive an acura integra gsr and it kinda kept getting me into trouble lol but i had to sell it cause i was having a daughter and soo that's how i got my g35

 

I was driving my 97 civic h/b to work and had exited on my offramp (picture an offramp that exits up with no guard rail and a steep 40 yard slope). I did not have a stop sign and was going straight when an old guy in an Lexus pulls out. I locked my brakes but couldn't stop; he hits my car and knocks me off of the off ramp. Luckily my car was lowered and the wheels buried in the dirt quick or I would have rolled several times. I couldn't get out of the driver's side and had to get out on the passenger side and almost fell out of the car. The whole time I thought my civic was going to roll over on me as I exited. The guy didn't stop because he said he didn't know he hit me. His wife told him she thought he hit something so he went to a CHP office on the other side of the freeway. The car wasn't worth fixing so I drove it for a few months and eventually sold it to my brother. I ordered my G through a broker who found what I wanted (no sunroof, but with sport package) on a boat enroute from Japan..

 

i had a fully built jdm front gsr turbo for awhile, and ended up getting smashed by an old lady. spun me 3 times and rolled down into a ditch. i walked out with a minor concussion and some shoulder pains, but that as it. i was kinda debating getting a luxury car anyways, and since i was extremely familiar with the platform because of my z, i opted for the g. so technically insurance payed for my g lol.
