November 3rd i placed an order for another set of 350gt emblem so i can put it at my front grill. 1st one i ordered was from a different company, i should've ordered from them again, but no, i heard that courtesy nissan has most of them in stock. so i placed the order, they gave me the ups tracking number in like 4 hours "YAY!!" Today is November 6th went to the mall for shopping, my phone rings, email saying "ups: package was left at the door." went home, picked up my package, a nice size box, opened it and guess what i found? not bubble wraps, but fax paper wrapping the item, oh well, sometime companies run out of them. so i start unwrapping it, i see the zip bag, not with my emblems, but with 2 rings, i dont know what part it was for the car, but it's two god damn rings. i called like crazy, no one is picking up!!

so, what am i going to do? i sent out an email already. should i wait for them to tell me "oh sorry, we sent out the wrong item." how is that possible!?
is there anyone on this forum that works for them that can help me out!?
i would really appreciate it!

call them up continuously!

pix of rings? Maybe you should sell it if it's something important and worth more than the emblems. LOL

i would, but it's not worth not getting your money back or the item. i feel like it's a scam when i first open the box and all i see was fax paper wrapping an item.

i've bought many items from courtesy nissan / courtesyparts.com and have been pleased with the service. it sounds like you just got the wrong item. iirc, courtesy is a dallas-area infiniti dealership so just try to get them on the phone tomorrow or Monday.

It's a little harsh to call this a "scam". They made a mistake. Don't worry, they'll fix the problem and get you the emblems.

Yea you're over reacting heavily!!!!

You're aware it's a weekend and a lot businesses don't open on the weekend. Not like they are screening your call and saying "oh that's that girl we ripped off, lets not pick up because we ripped her off" Give them until monday and tell them they sent the wrong package. I can bet they will pay return costs and fix the problem.

Jeeeeez a lot of respectable names have been slandered by impatience in the past little while.
