quick question on lowering springs
if i put 350z springs in the front and G coupe springs in the rear how much would it lower my 03 sedan...they are factory springs for each of those cars but i have a really good deal on them but i also wanted a nice drop at the same time...anything would help..thanks
Not a big drop at all, 1 inch in the front and half an inch in the back, enough to not look like a 4x4 but not enough to get rid of that gap. You're gonna wanna go lower eventually
I did z springs all the way around. Some coupe rears are the same as z rears anyway.

s techs for the sedan? how do you like the them compared to the z/G setup? i bought me a set but im not installing them till after the winter. Did you get a camber kit for the rear?
My .02:
First of all it depends on what type of sedan you have. For instance, I have a 6mt, which means I have the sport suspension stock. My springs/shocks are different from non-sport. Much firmer. I went with unrevised Z springs (and shock on rear) all around. It brought mine down about 1" F and 1 1/4" R. However, I sacrificed ride quality. The revised Z springs are firmer, but don't give quite as much drop. I am not familiar with the coupe rears, as I have not used them.
With my stock wheels it was decent. True, I would like to go lower eventually, but our roads suck too. I tore up the underneath with my Zsprings and stock wheels on our parking garage ramps. Now that I have 20x10's on the rear, the Z's wont fit without the camber kit, which I bought, but haven't put the Z's back on the rear yet.
For a starter set, if you get them at a really good price, they are good (Z's all around that is). But the Tein setup - or equivalent - is not that much more to get another 1/2" out of them and reduce the gap more.

Oh yeah, I kinda forgot in my earlier post... I replaced mine with revised 350z springs all around. My suspension was not sport... so it was a nice improvement.
