Maybe you can help me
I hate the HID stock that came with my car i would like to change it to an aftermarket HID kit. but Infiniti only use D2S D2R or D2C. would those bulbs look as good as the aftermarkets with a ballast? or is their a conversion adapter from D2C to aftermarket kits??

well the sunglass holder problem only makes sense if I have have a specific thing to put in its place... Like a certain garage door opener, or controller for something, etc. It's to vague and anyone that is really going to change it probably will be doing something custom with a mold.

Polo- Really not sure exactly what your saying. If your going for some good bright lighting this is a cheap aftermarket solution. The bulbs are chosen on the right. Check it out. Not sure if that is what you are asking, maybe someone else can help.

a sedan compression rod DIY is something i haven't seen.

Its pretty straight forward to me as far i saw. But it could help the lesser knowledge people on the board and it can give them the confidence to do it, since it is a VERY common problem

Heist, did you ever get your shiftboot from locksmith? If so a DIY install on that would be nice. It's not hard to do, but I've still seen some have questions about it.

Great input everyone!
XDR-V35 - If you have a DIY for those and want me to post it on g35mods.com pm me! I will give you full credit. Just trying to help the community . Also yeah I never got around to the back, sorry.

As far as the projector mod. That is still a work in progress. I did mine and have a write up, but getting the correct cut off and aiming is being very difficult. If I can get the science down I will post up a write up. Def on the list to do.

And the compression rod bushing. I would like to do that in the future. Good idea I will look into it.

Currently also thinking about putting up a basic lube for the joints on the front and back. I did it a long time ago and it seemed to help quiet everything down.
