Well I would hope they know how to prep well! if not they should not be a licensed body shop. I hope everything will turn out ok

Even if the shop is licensed, it doesn't mean they have capable people working there....some people have had issues on textured surfaces but that is mainly due to poor prep work.

They're just plastic! So are the bumpers. If they don't know how to paint plastic parts, they're not worth your business. I know you already got it done, but if it gives you any trouble, go pitch a fit at them.

How much did you pay for the bumper installation ?
because last week i got into a little accident i need a new bumper too

The bumper painted and installed with 3m I have no idea how much it was im guessing about 800-1k I got that and my side rockers and rear lip all painted to and my side markers are painted black with 3 m on them as well and the total is 1500 for everything

Got the car back today!! looks actualy very good, But it's been snowing here and the roads are pretty dirty so I cant post pictures of the car because its already all dirty!!! Is that bad for the paint????? I friggen hope its ok

^ Well, it's not exactly good for it. I would wash off the sills if I were you.

should be okay to wash it... just don't wax/polish it for a few months

Yea im just worryed about the side sills the and rear sill to the bumper has 3m on it so that should be good. I dont want to pressue them eather.
