Dash Color

Hey I am trying to buy a metra double din kit for my 03 brilliant silver G35. I can't really tell from the pictures which color matches though. I have a black interior and the plastic pieces on the dash are like a dark dark grey, but not like solid black. It looks like the "black" metra piece is solid dark black, but the other one is called silver... But my dash doesnt really look silver either... Can anyone help me out with this? Does the black leather always come with a certain dash color? Thanks.

none of them will really match, just paint your metra dash and the center console the color of your choice

It matches as well as plastic painted the color of the actual material can.

It may look decent in pictures, but in real life the differing texture and materials shows.

why? a JDM Double Din is made by Nissan themselves for the Japan market, which we bring it here to suit our needs. its a factory part for our cars, why would it NOT match?

the metra kit is poor quality. the buttons for the AC controls are just horrible.

either buy the JDM DD kit or dont at all

Wait...the JDM kit is actually metal like the 05? or it is plastic like the metra?

edit: Also, you do have to by the console and the ac control seperately, right?

This is what I am referring to:

The JDM DD kit is just like the oem parts because it is oem. The aftermarket ones never fit or look anywhere near as good as the oem one.
