Since I bought the car three years ago (04 sedan rwd), I have occasionally noticed a "stutter" or a slight shock in the driveline when driving around 45-55 mph in top gear. I asked the dealer about it several times when it was under warranty and I would usually get stupid responses like "you need a new throttle body."

So now the car has 73k miles and the problem is becoming more frequent, now it feels almost like its slipping. I don't have any problems in any other gears.

Anyone else had this problem? Is there something I can do to fix this or do I just wait until it totally breaks down? I plan on keeping this car until 100k or so, wondering if anyone has any input on this...
