Riverside Infiniti

Are they a site sponser here. If so, they are not going to like me...lol.

I called and emailed about shocks before going a different route over the holidays. Talked to service and they wanted $250 per shock. I said I was a member of this site and he still said $250. I could barely understand him and I said please repeat yourself. He said $250. I said ok and hung up. That is a friggin joke. To be honest I dont think whomever I talked to was very polite anyway. Who in their right mind is going to pay $250 for a stock shock. I also had emailed them 2 days before calling and never heard back so thought I would call. I have never heard back from Riverside by email. Are they this rude and not give good deals are what? If any of you has had better luck than me then good on ya

Next time you call, ask to speak with Rick or Tony.

Sure thing...I would have rather put back on stock shocks but not at that quote. I still never received an email reply which who knows what happened???

Not sure who you spoke with there but I have nothing but good experiences with Riverside Infiniti. I've always received the correct parts at great prices. Shipping has always been super fast too, but maybe it's because I'm also in Cali. I actually regret not buying more stuff from them because all the transactions have always been hassle free.

Also, $250 sounds about right if you're talking about a PAIR of new OEM shocks.

Anyway, I'd give them another shot and ask for Rick or Tony.

for that price, go with the Tokico HP (blue) shocks. Better than stock and you'll pay less than what you would at a dealership.

Just checked. Struts are 147.41 each for front and 125.01 each rear.

He was most likely quoting you for a pair.

Why even buy new? An used low miler set of four will probably cost you less than one new shock.

I'd give them another chance. My experience, I didn't get called back even though my # was taken but I did get an email reply (I emailed both Tony and Rick).

I'm sure some of it has to do with being busy, and we all can forget sometimes.

+1 both of these. I don't know if they still do, but Tokico used to provide all the stock Nissan shocks anyway, so might as well.
Also, I've bought from Riverside before (JDM Battery Cover) my order got lost, but I called a little later and they were super apologetic. I wasn't in a pinch to get it, so it doesn't bother me any. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. (They beat the daylights out of what my local stealership charges!)

+1 for Riverside and both Rick and Tony... we buy all our Nissan/Infiniti parts from them for our personal cars as well as our customers. Great guys, great prices, and always very fast shipping!
