Front Bra/Protector?

I'm getting my front end repainted in the spring and i was thinking about picking up a leather bra protector thing for the front for my trip to Florida on the interstate stretches.

I want something sturdy, but can be taken off once i get into towns. Just curious if anyone uses these? I'd love to get a clear bra, but i just dont think i can swing the $500 or whatever at this point.

Thanks!

I'd rock it once in a while. Especially on road trips.

Janik, NO.

These will actually scratch the **** out of your paint more than protect it, not to mention how much of a Dbag you'll look like.

lol at the comments.

If you're concerned about the trip and scratching, just do the painters tape mod. Way cheaper than both and won't damage the ride.

I guess you're keeping her for now eh??

I just need it for interstate stretches so i dont get full of rock chips.

Painters taping takes soooo long, but i guess if you all think it works...

He's 100% correct....^....! You don't want to spend the $ for a clear bra which will protect your bumper/hood for years and you're too lazy to put tape on? Leather bras not only look terrible they will mess your paint up....
