Volo Performance chip

Hey guys, I've heard from my buddy a new chip that splices into your OBD II scanner and adds 20-23hp depending on whats done to the car. I've read some forums on the chip and people have tested it and it has worked adding performance and mpg. I was wondering if anyone has heard of it and was wondering on everyone's input.

Its not a promotion it's an actual chip. It worked on a tC and work for mojority of cars. I was thinking of doing it to my car and if you read it correctly it hooks up to your OBD II wires that go to the plug not a coolant sensor resistor. Anyone want to leave a useful piece of information it would be appreciated. If you want to check it out yourself its on www.voloperformance.com
