Hmmmm, sounds like you needed to a bit more research before you made your purchase.
You will definitely have to roll your fenders for sure, that shouldn't even be a question with those widths/offsets.
Unless you do a fender pull in the rear the largest tire you'll be able to fit is probably a 245 and you'll have to run some negative camber (3+ degrees) to make them fit. Fronts should fit fine with a 245 (but you'll want smaller tire size to match the tire stretch in the rear).
You will definitely want to much lower than a Z suspension with these offsets so plan on getting coils and at least a rear camber kit if you don't already have one.

you may want to PM vivek, 4.dr.madness. or something like that
..to ask him for advice.. he ran those widths on his SF winnings, but he had more agressive offsets..
as stated above, invest in some coils, camber kit, fender work, and be prepared for for some stretch, tire-wise

Not really. There's ppl that are 42mm more aggressive in the front and 24mm more aggressive in the rear
He runs a more aggressive setup.
His setup is:
Front 19x9.5 +4 (w/15mm spacer)
Rear 19x10.5 +17
Tires are 225/35 up front and I think 235/35 in the rear. If not 235, it's a 245/35.
He's running a lil more than -3 degrees of camber up front, he's at -3.5 I think.
For the fronts you won't need camber arms, however the lower the better, because you'll get more natural camber. I fit pretty much the same offset up front but with a 20 and I didn't need an upper A arm (20x9.5 +3), but once I added a 15mm spacer I definitely needed it.
You will definitely have to roll your rear fenders...get them rolled flat, you probably don't need a pull, but try it out and see how it goes. If you go with too wide of a tire up front it will rub against the sidemarker bracket..solution is more of a stretched tire and/or shave off some of that sidemarker bracket (that's what I did and I don't rub anymore at all, however I do have upper A arms and -4.7 camber so that helps as well).

cool thanks i know i probably should have done more research but i saw some wheels i wanted for a while now and price was right... so yeah i want coils but i dont want harsh ride so i think some cs's would do it as far as camber i'm gonna get a kit for the rear and i'm sorry im not edumacated on the tyre stretch lol but thanks for all the help guys
That's what the forums are for...to help out. If you're interested in battle version camber arms for the rear, let me know...i can get you some.
There's a wide variety of coilovers to choose from. I have stance and I have it on the stiffest settings all the way around and it's not bad. I prefer a stiff ride though, still pretty smooth (Stance GR+ coilovers) I used to own HKS Hypermax III's, non-sport and on the stiffest settings they were still soft (even my mom thought the ride wasn't bad), just bumpy a lil but I'm pretty low and have super stretched tires).
Running a stretched tire depends on if you want the look, but if you don't have a setup that would be flush, it would look sunken in so it may not be the best route to go.
Can't blame you for jumping on a deal on some wheels you like for a good deal, I did the same

Right now my offsets are back to
225/35/19 +17 on a 9.5
235/35/19 +19 on a 10.5
You will def need to do some work to make these offsets look right. Im still not happy with how they look on my ride, and im fixing that as we speak
.
You will need a lot of negative camber in the rear. I have -3.8. I would also suggest rolling fenders plus pulling them until dimples start appearing. Also i would invest in some coilovers that have high spring rates. Im rolling on the megan track coilovers. I would recommend them or the stance gr+. Aslo get rear camber kit.
On my fronts, i have -2.4 camber and a front camber kit. i didnot do anything to the fenders, and its fits really well.
def also get alignment asap
