I guess some of it probably has to do with how responsive the steering and chassis is. With my Z/coupe springs, Z shocks, and rear swaybar, the car is very responsive and minor wind corrections can make the car a bit twitchy.
Maybe you have worn bushings or something...
My suspension is much stiffer with wider tires and wind has very little effect on mine.
I noticed mine moving around a little too today. But it was really windy (25+ or so gust) and I don't have my engine under cover on right now and I'm sure that effects it too.
