I recently bought 05/06 tail lights and was wondering how i get my blinker to change from the triangle to have one of the circles blink?
I am painting everything except the circles (GTR style) with black that isnt see through. So how would i get my blinker to be one of the circles?
Any ideas help thanks guys

 

Ask OCG35. He did something like that with the 03/04 taillights.

Yeah I'm also interested to know, the taillight turning signs kind of like the g37 right? blinker in the circle. I saw this white G with it, it even had that dot on the side circles.

yes kp technologies has a module. From the thread i remember reading that they are made on order basis. It works for 03-06. I think it was round 125

 

Only the 07+'s have that. The 05/06 don't have anything in the middle of the circle to blink. The light would have to be modified completely.

I beleive what they are talking about is to make the actual circle brake lights blink as the blinker.

If you need a spare tail light practice modding on let me know. I have one that has the bottom part of the lens broken (small), but if you don't want down time you can use this to test out. I was originally gonna do some heavy modifications to mine so I bought an extra tail light. Was gonna relocate the reverse to one of the brake lights, but decided its too much work....and I'm lazy, haha.. I'll let it go for cheap if ya want. Just PM me.

 

already have both 05 06 tail lights.. so i will not have down time. i just want to get them painted GTR style ASAP. but i can not do that if the blinker is that huge triangle on top.. since after i paint it that wont be showing anymore. so i need to make sure there is a module that will change my blinker to the circles, preferably the outside.

 

^^^ there is no "asap" to a mod like this... plan on gremlins, and delays...

If it was easy, everyone would do it.

 

damn. guess i will just smoke the triangle and completly black out the rest of the GTR style tinting.

 

I think that module works. Try going to kps website and email kevin there. i thinks thats his name. He may respond to you faster there. I will be doing the same as soon as i can locate some lights
