Hi - I was washing my car this past weekend and I noticed above the front wheel on the bumper, the paint was blistering. It looks like little veins. I ran my finger through it, the car hasn't been hit or scratched, so anyone have any ideas what this may be. It looks gross and what if it spreads all across the bumper?
