Here in NY, I do not believe service depts are open during weekends. Which sucks, meaning one would need to take a day off during the work week to bring the car into the shop. Is this how it is in other states?

 

Just do what I do - let the wife take it in for service. She's not doing anything anyway!!!! (Hope she doesn't visit this forum, cause I will have to sleep in the pool house after she reads this.)

My dealer provides free (G35 sedan) loaner for a "scheduled" maintenance. (Why can the loaner be a M45?)

 

Here in northern California where I live, my dealer's Service Department is open on Saturdays.
