No you said "are you gonna match his price" which is 190-220$ not how much will it cost. You'd be very lucky to find a bumper for that price, that's the price of a lip not a bumper/bodykit.

 

ok. whats wrong with paying 100 more? Strafe kits are really not that expensive...

and they fit well. you spend another 100 buying the good bumper saves you more than 100 getting it to fit.
