Replacing Windshield Washer Fluid Supply Line

I don't know how the hell this happened but noticed it when I went to use my wiper fluid when driving. Fluid started shooting over and left of the car.

Popped the hood. One supply line is definately cut and the other is deteriorated and cut in multiple spots. All I can think is that I had it detailed a few months ago...

Anyone ever replaced the wiper fluid lines? Easy fix or just take it in to a shop?

Pictures attached.

Thanks.

I've traced the line from the nozzles to the pump. Easy fix.

yeah i would see if I could either get a direct replacement from autozone or bring in a piece of it to match it with some rubber hosing.
