Neon's not even cool enough to be "Rice!"

Neon's were a 90s fad that spilled over into the new century.

Neon's don't belong on our Infiniti G35s and it's not even cool enough to be labeled "Rice!"

Underglow wasn't even cool when I was in HS....10+ years ago.

I remember seeing someone driveby with purple underglow and everyone would point and laugh.
