Stereo Problem CDs stuck! Help!

Stereo Problem CDs stuck! Help!
Yesterday I took my car for its 30 K service. I also told the service mgr that my CDs would not eject. I have never had a problem prior to this. At first CD# 4 would not eject, now its all of the CDs. I currently have 4 CDs in it now.
When i picked my car up the service mgr told me they ordere a new stereo for me and they call me to install it and they will send it to Infiniti and my CDs will be sent back to me. C'mon there's got to be a better way. I listen to CDs all the time!!!
Has this happened to anyone else here?? Help!!!

This is a common problem. It has happened to me and many
others. I kept jacking with it and was able to get all my CDs
to eject before they replaced my head unit. Relax,
they will give you a new unit.
03 5AT Sedan, sunroof, splashguards, HKS muffler,
14 wire Grounding kit, Z Duct, Stillen HF/AB
Underbody rear diffusers, Drilled alum pedals,
Stillen sway bars H/H
others. I kept jacking with it and was able to get all my CDs
