Removing center console

Alright, so I've got an aftermarket headunit that has a USB cord that I ran to the console under the center armrest. It's held up for about 2 years now, but the adhesive finally gave and it fell in

So does anyone have a link to removing just this center console part so I can tackle this and get my iPod playing in my car again?

Thanks!

I really have to remove all that garbage just to get into the center console underneath the armrest? Dumb.

no if you want just the middle part where the shifter is then no just take off the shifter and pull on the rear of it and pull it up and back and it will be open but if you are talking about where the armrest is with the big storage place there are some screws that you would need to take out taking out all that in the video is if you wanted to install a new headunit
just watch the video from 1:40 to 3:00 and thats all that you need to remove the middle part
