Angry Tow Truck Fail

Ok so I'm laying in bed this morning, and I hear a loud noise (like someone got into an accident). I didnt think that much of it. So I take a look outside and I see a tow truck dropping off a 1990 Accord Coupe. I forgot that it was getting towed to my house so my dad could take a look at it and see whats wrong with it. So I walk outside and see that my had spun a good 90 degrees and moved over about 6 feet. The driver starts apologizing to me about hitting my car. At that angle, I couldn't see the damage. So I walk over and the R/R of my car is smashed in, apparently he couldn't drive stick ( accord) and let off the clutch too fast and smashed the gas. So his boss stops by my house and gives me all his information. Few minutes later, they leave and I take my car to the body shop like three miles away. Estimates for body and mechanical is damn near close to $10,000. Gonna have to wait for about 2 weeks till I get my baby back Here are some pics.

Wow thats really bad. If he doesn't know how to drive stick, why do they let him operate a tow truck? Driving stick should be cake in comparison to operating a tow truck safely.

**** happens...happened to me too...same exact thing. Remember though it's just a car, nothing more, nothing less. People make mistakes. Sometimes you have to take a step back and not sweat the small stuff

Thanks Jack! Hope I do get a new suspension, that'd be straight lol. Some scratches on the wheel though. I think it'll be a couple weeks though, love the beater car lol.

Ah man that sucks

I know what you're going through though. I'm still waiting on parts and whatnot, so mine's all messed up down the passenger side.
Play your cards right though, and you might be able to swing some upgrades with insurance money.
