man..I am NOT liking the new interior..tat sweet new color blue is sweet tho..headlights looks way sleek..still not too fond about the back tailights..

exterior wise..its a big improvement to the 03 sedans..

I agree, i dont think its sporty looking at all anymore!! I love sedan so much more, no 05's for me haha!! I still dont understand why they have to make the car so damm high?!?

Does anyone know what's the name of the color for the sedan? Is it Lakeshore slate? In some photos it look more blue, in others it's more gray. Same car?

 

Outside of the hood, I think the '05 looks better all the way around. I like the matching side skirts, tail and headlight changes, and the interior is a great upgrade.

Too bad all I can afford is a used 03.5 Anyone selling an 03.5 5AT with premium/winter and maybe NAV next March?

Yup, and yup.

 

it seems to be the LAKESHORE color. My salesman show me the sample of the 2 new colors. One is blue like this one and one is a kind of brown color wich i don't remenber the name. The sample looks better than the first picture of the 2005, and the brownish didn't appeal me.

 

I agree that the exterior is less sporty. How can they soften the sedan's great, aggressive looks like this?!

But the interior is so much better. The pics don't fully show this, but the quality of the materials should be 100% better in the 05's. Nissan has really been working hard on the Infiniti interiors.

Without a nice interior, it's harder for me to feel like I'm really in a luxury car. The current interior is OK, but lags behind other brands. If the 05 interior is quality, then this is my new ride. The only decisions left are AT vs MT, color, and whether to get NAV.

 

I like the interior (or at least imagining what the 6MT version will be). The rims are terrible, I hope the sports versions are better because I'd rather put on the 2004 sports rims over the stock ones.

300bhp will also be brilliant!

 

Overall the changes look good. I'm surprised they didn't change the overall shape of the taillights (still awkward IMHO). I prefer the bold LED pattern in my 03.5 though. Black dash top would be an improvement function wise. And seat controls on the bolsters remain a bad design.
