New car already modding

Well I picked up a 2006 G35X with 42k on the clock today. The car is Liquid Platinum and is very clean. Today I ordered an OEM spec painted spoiler, a Megan Racing cat back exhaust, and tomorrow I am ordering the BC Racing coilovers. Probably going to pick up some caliper paint from Summit Racing on Friday as well. The calipers good use a good coat of silver. My next upgrade will be a set of staggered 18's. Looking for some 8's up front and 9's out back. What do you guys think of the Axis Option wheels in Hyperblack? I am also looking at some TSW wheels. Anyway the stock 17's are too tall and too thin, 215/55's, really?! I will most likely throw some Wintersports or Blizzaks on the stockers for winter.

Did I mention this is a work car? My daily is a CLK 55 AMG Mercedes.

NEW PICS ON PAGE 3

I cant drive a car stock. My AMG has KW Coilovers, Petrol Metrix 19's, and a custom exhaust. I also have a GTI,that I am actually selling, that has everything; Forge intercooler, Revo software, full suspension, turbo back exhaust, blah, blah, blah. Anyway once you own a car that has the right suspension, wheel, and exhaust set-up every car you own has to have those things to be right. We drove the car home today and it was like floating on a cloud. I felt disconnected from the car and the road. Once I have everything right I will post some before and after pics.

$21k with 42,000 miles on the clock. Flawless interior, two spots on the exterior but they are minor and will get fixed when the OEM wing goes on next week. I looked at six G35X's and this was the best combination of value, miles, and condition.

even from a dealer you can get the RWD for 5-6K less than the AWD. i have to do some mountain driving in the winter so i needed the X.

west coast cars are high. i priced six G35X's within a 500 mile radius and all the 2006 cars were around 20-21K. especially with the low miles. hell they were asking $24K!

The KW's on my AMG are amazing. I only have the V1's but they are perfectly set-up so i dont miss the dampening adjustment.

I will have to post some pics from work soon.

The AMG is sitting on Petrol Metrix 19's with 3inch rear lips. 225/35 up front and 255/30 in the rear. major brake clearance issues up front so it was a challenge finding the right wheels.

The GTI is riding on 18's, 225 front and rear. Powdercoated black BBS RC wheels. it is slammed on Koni's with sway and stress bars to compliment. I am actually selling it though to make room for the G. I dont need three cars.

My Megan catback came in today. Still waiting on the painted OEM wing, BC coilovers. Taking the car next week to get the fenders rolled, wing installed, stupid mud flaps front and rear removed, and a little touch.

Once all that is done I am installing some TSW Willow staggered wheels. 18x8 and 18x9.5. I will be running 245/45 up front and 275/40 in the rear with about a two inch drop. I am looking for a little less than a two finger gap all the way around. I dont want to slam it as it will be driven primarily for work. i will post some progress pics.
