Quick Exhaust question

First of all i have no mods to my engine or exhaust and i am driving an 03 sedan. If i were to put a Megan axle back such as the MU-MRS or the MU-MDT would it sound like a honda fart can?

Might sound okay. But all that goes out the door if you try to change the Y, resonators, cats etc...

i dont plan on doin much as of now except for maybe a coupe middy in the future, my main concern about an exhaust is that if i throw on one of those axle backs i dont want my car to sound like a lawnmower

I have the HKS axelback and it doesnt sound like a ricey Honda lawnmower. And it just sounded better with the coupe mid-pipe and z-tube.

i have tried ever megan racing mufflers. i dont like it at all. it's all bass sound, which is good, but it loses all the purr that the Vq produces. the back pressures sounds like your tapping an empty styrofoam cup. i wouldnt use megan racing for the VQ. and that first dual tip picture, is a no no, wouldnt flow with the G sorry.

I would look for a used HKS rear section if your budget is limited. People part out all the time. Also, if you have an 03-04 you can look into getting a 05-06 mid pipe and pair it with your stock muffler. if you have an 05-06 you can look at an 03-04 muffler. There are sound pics on here for that combo.
