They also made me question me doing a black grille instead of chromed up on my 05 sedan. OT, but is that emblem-delete shiny grille available anywhere?

 

And absolutely wouldn't buy it made out of fiberglass. It'd have to be as resilient as stock.

 

i dont think they will make it fiberglass, but for the rear nismo, fiberglass is fine, but also carbon fiber is sexay

 

im hella stoked about it too and this might actually be small enough to not have to donate a body part to get it shipped out to APO ha ha ha

 

it'd pretty much have to be FG as was stated before only due to the fact that poly or anything of that nature would up the price by couple of hundred just because it is too expensive to make the mold for it.... but hey this gives us a chance to learn some FG repair skills

 

No thanks. $200 isn't worth having to fix it. I'll take stock over glass anyday.

 

If HikkataDori makes it, I would expect they'll probably have an option for CF... they make that available for several other products.
I imagine the CF would be a good bit more durable than FG.

 

completely agree with you but the OEM is NLA from infiniti.... i just dont understand how they discontinue something so worthwhile on a car that is 4 years old

Bump, the first time I remember jocking the OEM lip was when I saw a pic of vodkarockets old car. Unfortunately I had zero interest in modding the G at the time

Ok guys... I kinda screwed up.
The poll was supposed to be public (where it shows who voted for what) but there was a glitch somewhere. I asked a couple of admins to see if they could fix it, but they didn't have much luck.

Anyway, point is, we need to start a real group interest list if we want to see results.
