im not slammed just dropped on H techs and I tore my exhaust manifolds, cats and mufflers out over a speed bump going about 1 mile an hour.

It was a heck of a speedbump... more like a speed mountain

Aww that suxxxxxxxxxx!

Btw, why are you taking your car to a carwash? That sheit will mess up your paint, that's, if it's no big deal to you.

my car wouldnt even get over the track at the wash. Wal Mart denied me service saying my car was too low to ride over the work bay which had a rail guard that was 2 inches off the ground hahahahah.

I sometimes Bottom out going straight down the street. I dont drive on that street anymore.

I would think another problem to slamming a G is that the suspension geometry is entirely out of whack, leading to poor handling and very limited wheel travel. Sure, you can bring the alignment to within spec, but the suspension aspects such as roll center, toe steer, bump steer, and dampening won't be corrected. You might have the look or performance and the initial handling feel might fee great, but when you actually put it under a true handling test, the result is an ill-handling car that performs far worse than stock.

All my automobiles I have ever owned, have been slammed or lowered...

I cannot picture myself owning a car that is not lowered.. the feeling of taking that turn in a lowered car feels so much more in control... planted..

take curbs and driveways at angles. I am on S-techs and sit pretty low (not completely slammed like w/ coils). I only get caught on car wash rails.....but I hand wash so no problem. Have not bottomed out at all either.
