is the right one the midpipe-exhaust gasket?

the one on the left can be about anywhere and that goes where the Y pipe meets the mid. But this mid to muffler gasket has me wondering... why isn't the same gasket as the y to mid used or is it used with the RING gasket as well.

its the ring gasket, im looking at the outline, seems like its the one, the one to the left is the gasket that connects to the Y-Pipe

Yep, those are the parts you need. The flat one to the left is for the connection between the y-pipe and your midpipe while the "crush" washer to the right is for the hook up for the rear muffler and backend of midpipe. The rear muffler has a flange that acts as a male connection and therefore slightly inserts itself into the piping for the midpipe. Just slip that ring washer on the muffler flange, slide the two parts together and tighten down your bolts.
