They don't come with heating elements so you would loose the heated mirror function.

The Coupe ones are $75 per pair. I'm not sure how much the Sedan ones would be. I just assume it will be close to the Coupe ones, we'll see. Hopefully with enough interest we can set up a group buy for these.

Regarding fitment, these would fit over your stock mirror using double sided tape. Henry is going to test fit these on my ride soon, I'll report back on the fitment.

Here are a couple of pics I found of this type of mirror installed on a Coupe:

Personally, I'm not getting this for looks. I want the wide angle view

^ Yup I got similar intentions, but I wish it would just be a glass insert rather then this tacky stick on...

I saw the prototype of the Sedan ones, they would be installed with double sided tape like the Coupe ones. I'll ask Henry if a glass insert is even possible, would probably cost a grip though.

I installed LED turnsignal mirrors on my F150 and they were inserts. You just popped the old glass out and the new in. It's been a while since I did it, but it seems like it was just a plastic piece that held in the glass. No idea if the G35 mirrors are the same general design or not.
