HELP!! P0157 undefined code??

I was driving today with the cruise control on and out of nowhere the cruise control shut off and when i tried to re-set it the cruise light would come on and the set light would come on at the same time except it blinks and will not let me use cruise control. I have a basic OBDII reader and figured I would try that even though there were no warning lights on the dash. It read that I have an undefined error code P0157. The car seems to be running fine I drove another 150 miles without the cruise control but I am worries that this could lead to bigger problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Nick

From a quick google search it seems this may be o2 sensor. Probably best to stop at auto zone and see if they get a better code read with an updated reader that gives more info.

P0157 Rear O2S, Bank 2

I wouldnt be too worried if this was the first time it had happened, every time I drive for more than 100 miles this seems to happen. I dont know it if goes away or if I just do not notice the problem because i will only use the cruise control when driving too and from college which is about 1000 miles from my home. I have replaced the two of the four O2 sensors less than a year ago. I am not exactly freaking out about this just yet but it happened on my drive down to school in August and it didnt happen again until I drove home this past week. I know on the drive down I had a small leak in my plenum from a ripped gasket but I had both gaskets replaced in september.
