no matter where u go, tinting the windshield is illegal, only the top part of the windshield is legal

Yeah but nobody cares as long as their car looks good. Plus we all have super eyes that can see much better than the average driver.

I had 20% all around, it registered around 15 I think it was, I got pulled over so now Im retinting it 35 on the sides and 20 on the back.

 

I saw a BMW truck today with the windshield tinted. How do they not get pulled over. I have a hard enough time seeing at night without the tints.

 

some ppl just get lucky i haven't yet "knock on wood" ... i'm at 10% all around and cant see out at night and i don't have the front done just yet but i will soon ...

 

I have 50% on the front windows and 35% on the back. Its light as fvck and i hate it. Had 35% (better) but i got 2 tickets from my city so i pulled it off and 'conformed'

How 35% is illegal is beyond me. I can see straight through it at night and during the day. Im getting out of this state and doing 20%..

 

^LOL. You know FL isn't too bad about tint, I got a ticket, but mine was 16.

You would never be bothered with 25%

 

i got 20% on front windows and 5% on back doors and rear windsheild..the limo around the rear makes the 20% look a little darker because less light is coming through the rear

 

G35 - 35% front, 5% rear (not worried about the contrast--it looks good imo, especially on a blk car. Keeps sun/heat/glare off my kids.)
Z06 - 20% sides and 5% rear

 

The Vette looks lighter that 20... odd.
