Exclamation Has anybody experienced this?

So, i turn on my car to head out to lunch and i see that a red light stays on in my information dash. Ok. So i make sure i fasten my seat-belt and that i hear the "click". Nothing. I realized it was my air-bag light blinking. Took me a whole 2 seconds to realize that.

What the hell? Is that under warranty, maybe powertrain? isn't it 6 yrs or 70,000 miles. Which i'm under. Any ideas? Thanks!

Airbags are covered under power train, but I think it's 6 years, 60000 miles
