Has anyone dealt with Denville Infiniti (a.k.a. Salerno Duane)? Looks like Im going to be doing business with them but before I jump to far in I want feedback from some people who have dealt with them. Does anyone have any idea on how good their service department is? How are they post sell? Any feedback any one has would be great. Even if you didnt buy a G from them (maybe another Infiniti) how did it go? Let me know all the dirt or all the good stuff.

I picked up my Silver 6MT Sedan from there on Feb. 27. I delt with a very friendly sales woman and ended up getting my car (6MT, sport package, winter package, leather, sunroof, heated seats, bose) for about invoice. After having the car for 2-3 weeks, I requested service to fix 2 rattles that I found comming from the stereo. They scheduled me for 4 days later and offered a loaner when I dropped off the car at 11 am. Since I had a scheduled appointment, I decided to wait and it only took a tad over a hour for them to fix the problem. Since then, one of the rattles has come back but is barely even noticable. I am about to schedule my first oil change (they gave me a years worth of service free) and will let you know how that goes also. My experience: great price + friendly sales/service. I know its only been 2 months or so but so far so good. I hope this helps a little.
