^You also need the mudguards (not to be confused with splash guards) so that everything fits properly. The mudguards sit directly behind the rear wheel, the rear bumper lines up with them. If you had a rear lip the mudguards won't be visible.

^not entirely sure what you're asking. The rear bumpers are interchangable both ways, the fronts are not.
