If you decided on a GTR, it would be wise to wait for the face-lifted(?) model GTR to come out and buy that one used a few years down the road. Buying the very first version of a new generation is asking for a lot of maintenance/reliability problems. Also consider that Nissan usually has a significant improvement for it's sub-models, not just new headlights or something.

dude you read my mind, I'll drive my G till it wont go no mo. and an S4 would be sick. if not that than a GT-R.

How often do we really buy the car that we went shopping for. We usually end up getting the best deal out there. I just know that it's on my plans to get one day a GTR. Beside the maintenance issues, that car is really great to me. Looks good and different to most of the one we have now, great performance numbers, and the sound coming out of the mufflers is wow.
When I bought my 02 Lincoln LS, I was just playing at an auction and end up being the highest bidder. My 04 Acura TL, I saw a deal and made an offer to the seller, who was over 3000 miles away. I trade my 02 RSX type S for FX. And my 05 white G35 sedan 6mt, I was on eBay, saw the asking price, send an offer to the seller with my phone number attached to the text. He called me back an hour later, and got to a great deal. in the back of my mind, I know that the R35 will be park in my garage. Now how soon. Rest to determine.

I change up my cars every 6 months or so, Its time for the G to find a new home! Overall I am not really happy with the g35 at all, Interior noise, Eats brakes, Cd player has some issues, Lost a bunch of value in the last 8 months. Driver seat rock/squeek. Brakes squeek even if there new. No thank you nissan I think i will spend my money somewhere else.
